The command line for rhythm is:
rhythm  {options} < simu.bio > simu.html
{options} = [configFile.rcf][-start i0][-stop i1][-step s][-enable net]
-start : to specify the cycle number where to start display
-stop  : to specify the last displayed cycle
-step  : periodic output, every s cycles
-enable n : to drive the display only when n is 1
