Ashish Dandekar is working as a post-doctoral researcher at VALDA lab, which is a joint research team between Inria Paris, École normale supérieure, and CNRS within the Computer science department of École normale supérieure. He is working on the privacy aspect of the BioQOP project under the supervision of Pierre Senellart. His research primarily focuses on providing provable privacy guarantees for machine learning models, addressing the privacy-utility tradeoff and designing cost models for private data.
Besides his research, Ashish is a foodie and a globetrotter. He enjoys hiking and exploring nature trails on the weekends. Since 2015, he is learning Sitar - an Indian classical stringed instrument. He is an avid connosieur of Hindustani music.
