Bio
Hoeteck is a senior scientist and cryptographer at NTT Research. He earned his PhD from UC Berkeley, and has lived in Boston, Paris, New York, and Beijing. Before pursuing a PhD in computer science, he dropped out of German 1, driving lessons, and graduate algebraic topology.
