If you use Courier fonts in LaTeX for the typewriter text font (e.g. with
the Times fonts), you may be
unhappy with its rather anemic printing.
William I. Johnston created the free
monospaced PostScript font CourierX
for Macintosh users. The family includes regular, oblique, bold, and
bold-oblique weights.
To install CourierX for OzTeX by Andrew Trevorrow on the
Macintosh, get
CourierX.sit.Hqx (128K) for OzTeX 3.1.5 and follow the instructions for quick installation.
