Important Notes
To ensure a successful conference and affiliated workshops, please register as early as possible!
Please note the following deadlines:
- early registration stops on the 20th of July;
- the accommodation service stops on the 3rd of August.
Registration must be performed and paid on-line, by credit card (alternatively, registrants from French institutions can pay by bon de commande).
There will be no cashier onsite for registration.
Registration Fees
Early registration fees for SAS (11 to 13 Sept.) are 420 € for regular registration, and 320 € for student registration.
Early registration fees for workshops (NSAD and SASB on the 10 Sept. or TAPAS on the 14 Sept.) are 110 € per workshop day for regular registration, and 85 € for student registration.
Early registration is only until the 20th of July.
Registrations received on the 21th of July or after will incur an
additional fee of 60 €.
When participating to several events (SAS, workshops), you should register only once and select all the events at registration time. When participating to the first workshop day, we ask you to choose between registering to NSAD or to SASB, as this will help us with the organization; however, you will be free to change workshops (they will be held in adjacent rooms and share breaks and lunch).

Included
Registration fees for SAS include, for both regular and student registrants: a printed copy of the Springer LNCS proceedings, lunch and refreshment breaks on all three days, and participation to the social dinner on the 12th. (Extra tickets for the social dinner on the 12th can be bought as part of the registration process at 65 €.)
Registration fees for each workshop include lunch and refreshment breaks on the day of the workshop.
Registration to any of SAS or affiliated events makes you eligible for our special accommodation rates.
Conditions
Student registration is available for undergraduate, master, and PhD students (not post-doctorate).
Registrations can be cancelled only during the early registration period, i.e., before the 20th July.
Registration Instructions
The registration process is managed by the Azur-Colloque system provided by the CNRS.
Registration Steps
To register for SAS and affiliated events, please follow the following steps:

Go first to the pre-registration page (opens in a new window):
- fill-in all the required fields (marked with an asterisk);
- in the "Tarification" drop-down list, select the
exact option corresponding to the set of events you
register to and to your student / non-student status;
- double-check your e-mail address and remember the exact first and last names you use in this form (you'll need them later).

Wait until you receive your pre-registration acknowledgment by
e-mail.
(The system requires us to manually validate each pre-registration. You may thus experience some delay, that we will try to minimize.) -
The acknowledgment e-mail will direct you to the
pre-registration confirmation page (opens in a new window) were you can finish the registration process:
- login with the first name, last name and e-mail you provided during pre-registration;
- in the next few screens, you will need to fill-in some more information, such as arrival and departure date, dietary requirements, and billing information; you will also have the opportunity to add an extra ticket for the social dinner;
- select your payment method and enter your payment information:
- registrants from non-French institutions must pay on-line by credit card;
- registrants from French institutions may opt to pay by bank transfer; you will receive by e-mail a Pré-Bon de commande to give to your administrative staff in order to complete the payment;
Notes
If you register during August, you may experience longer delays in the
registration process.

Accommodation
Finding a hotel room Deauville at the time of the conference can be difficult and expensive. We have negotiated with the Centre International de Deauville a number of rooms at reduced rate for SAS and affiliated workshop registrants. They are located in ** and *** hotels at walking distance from the conference site.
The address of the web site to book online at these special rates will be sent to you by e-mail once you have completed the pre-registration.
Conditions
Please note the following conditions:
- special rates are only guaranteed if you book before the 3rd of August.
- the booking service is reserved for registrants at SAS and affiliated workshops;
- to book a room, you will need to pay the first night at booking time; the rest will be paid during check-out;
- refund policy: only cancellations received before the 3rd of August can be refunded;
- please read carefully the "Terms and conditions" (they are available through a link at the bottom of the page when filling the forms in the online hotel booking site).
