Computer science students meet Eric Rudder, Senior Vice-President of Microsoft

Sqwarea (http://www.sqwarea.com/ ) was the project taken over by 1st year computer science students at the ENS who were following the cloud computing course of Joannes Vermorel in 2010 (http://vermorel.com/) . This project included quite a few challenges, with a complex piece of algorithms to be implemented in the cloud. Students managed to brilliantly complete this project which is now live on the web thanks to the support of Microsoft France that has been generously offering to support all the cloud computing costs of this project. The project did not stay unnoticed, and Eric Rudder, Senior Vice-President of Microsoft met the Sqwarea students on May 25th to gain further insights in their work.
